Lorraine Park has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in the spa and resort operations field. Lorraine has held various high-level positions throughout their career, including Vice President Operations at Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Divisional Vice President at Remington Hotels. Lorraine also served as the Area Director of the Golden Door Resort Spas at The Boulders Waldorf Astoria Collection and as the Spa Director at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. Additionally, they worked as the Thirsty Camel Manager at Phoenician Resort and as the F&B Manager at Hyatt Hotels. Lorraine's expertise includes overseeing large portfolios, implementing operating procedures, creating strategic marketing plans, and achieving strong financial performance.

Lorraine Park obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1986 and 1991. Additionally, they earned credits towards their Bachelor's degree in Tourism Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa during the academic year 1988 to 1989.
