Melissa Infante (Master of Science)

Melissa Infante is an accomplished professional with a Master of Science degree and extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Crescent Hotels & Resorts since March 2018, Melissa manages a team of over 400 employees. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director of Operations at PM Hotel Group from March 2015 to January 2018, overseeing multiple departments. Melissa’s career also includes various leadership roles at Highgate from June 2011 to March 2015, where positions included Front Office Manager and Director of Guest Services. Melissa Infante earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Siena College, also holding an additional Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Fordham University.
