Tammy Ferreira has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hotel industry. Tammy began their career in 1998, holding various roles at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Don Valley before becoming the Revenue Manager. Tammy then moved on to the Novotel Toronto Centre as a Revenue Manager, where they maximized room revenues and maintained vendor relationships.

Tammy then joined The Westin Prince Hotel Toronto as the Director of Revenue Management, where they provided high-level customer service and educated all departments on Revenue Management. Tammy also served as the Corporate Revenue Manager at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International-FRHI, where they managed training programs and facilitated virtual learning sessions.

Following their time at Fairmont, Tammy worked at Porter Airlines Inc. as an Analyst, focusing on Pricing and Optimization. Tammy later became the Revenue Manager at the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville, where they conducted revenue management meetings and collaborated with the Sales Department on group rates.

Tammy's most recent role was as the Area Director of Revenue Strategy at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where they oversaw a portfolio of Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Hilton, and independent hotels in the USA and Canada. Tammy developed and recommended sales strategies, managed the reservations system, and conducted forecasting and reporting.

Throughout their career, Tammy has demonstrated expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, and sales strategies. Tammy has a passion for educating others and has extensive experience working with a variety of hotel brands and properties.

Tammy Ferreira obtained a Diploma in Retail Management with Honors from Humber College, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Tammy also holds a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Seneca College, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998.

In addition to their educational background, Tammy Ferreira has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Gro and OnQ R&I from Hilton in July 2022, Prio from Hyatt Hotels Corporation in July 2020, One Yield from Marriott International in December 2017, Revenue Management Advance Certification from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in February 2017, Revenue Management Academy from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in November 2016, Training Generalist and Master Trainer from Langevin Learning Services in March 2015 and January 2015 respectively, Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from eCornell in 2015, E-learning Specialist from Langevin Learning Services in November 2014, and Restaurant Revenue Management from eCornell in January 2012.
