Dimitris Tsouroplis has extensive work experience in human resources and has held various roles in several companies. Dimitris started their career at BP as an HR Project Coordinator and later became an HR Advisor. At Vodafone, they served as a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor and later as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Dimitris then joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Division Compensation and Benefits Manager. Tsouroplis then moved to Vodafone Group Services, where they worked as a Rewards & Organizational Development Senior Manager, Head of HR, and Group Head of Resourcing. Their most recent position was at The Libra Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Director for Lomar, the group's global shipping and management company. Tsouroplis is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Crescent Petroleum.

Dimitris Tsouroplis has a diverse education history. In 1992, they enrolled at the University of La Verne to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Computer Science. Dimitris successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1997.

Afterwards, in 1997, Dimitris furthered their education by attending the University of Aberdeen, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business and Management. Dimitris studied at the university until 1998.

In 2007, Dimitris attended IMD, a renowned business school, for their Executive Program in Managing for Value - Finance. This program provided him with valuable knowledge and skills in finance. The program lasted for the duration of one year.

In 2010, Dimitris returned to IMD for the HR Excellence Program, which focused on HR management. This program lasted for one year until 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dimitris also holds a certification in Leaders of Change, which was obtained from Emirates Nature-WWF | جمعية الإمارات للطبيعة in June 2022.
