Ravin Pawar

Ravin Pawar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ravin is currently the Site Head at Crescent Pharma Ltd since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Site/Plant Head at The Madras Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2023. In 2012, they worked as the General Manager at Medopharm, where they focused on risk assessment, productivity enhancement, and system-based approaches. From 2006 to 2012, Ravin worked as a Pharmaceutical Consultant at 3i Infotech Ltd., specializing in implementing various quality management systems and software. Ravin also held positions such as Plant Head at Sterling Pharma Solutions in 2006 and Pharma Head at Cipla from 2004 to 2006. With earlier roles at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Ipca Laboratories Limited, Ravin has a well-rounded background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ravin Pawar pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmaceutical from Sambalpur University in 1993. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2013, Ravin Pawar enrolled in United Business Institutes in Brussels, Belgium, where they obtained an International MBA degree with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain.
