Ginger Bouvier

Ginger Bouvier is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with extensive experience in HIV nutrition specializing. Ginger developed the Medical Nutrition Therapy programs at CrescentCare and LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans. Ginger also teaches Community Nutrition at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine as an Adjunct Professor and Preceptor. Ginger holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition/Dietetics from Louisiana State University.
