P.eng Theron Lagarde

Theron LaGarde is a Senior Completions Engineer at Crescent Point Energy, specializing in Western Canada. Prior to their current role, Theron has held various engineering positions at ConocoPhillips Canada, including Senior Completions Engineer for Oil Sands, Interventions Engineer for Conventional/Unconventional projects, and Completions & Workovers Engineer for Australia Pacific LNG. Theron has also worked on New Ventures & Arctic Exploration projects and participated in the Specialized Development Program as a Completions Engineer. Additionally, Theron has experience as a Reservoir & Production Engineer in the conventional sector. Theron has also worked as an MBA Student Partner at both Smart Access and Creative Destruction Lab.
