We’re Hiring: New Biz Developer – USA-Based (Remote Friendly)

Cresci’s Agency is on the hunt for a high-energy, strategy-minded New Business Developer to join our team. We’re a boutique branding and experience agency working with world-class B2B tech clients such as Google, Salesforce, IBM, Indeed, and more.

Your Mission: Open new doors. Build strong relationships. Translate our creative value into opportunities with ambitious, innovation-driven companies across the U.S.

What You’ll Do: • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities • Develop outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls) and manage pipeline • Build relationships with CMOs, brand leaders, and marketing execs • Collaborate with our creative team to craft tailored proposals and presentations • Drive meetings and follow-up to close partnerships with brands and agencies

You Should Have: • 3+ years in business development, agency, or creative consultancy sales • Proven experience engaging with senior decision-makers in marketing or brand roles • Strong understanding of the creative/branding industry • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-driven with a hunter mindset and collaborative spirit

Nice to Have: • Experience in the B2B tech or SaaS space • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
