Lindsey Dadourian

Lindsey Dadourian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lindsey currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cresco Labs since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel from April 2018 to August 2019. Lindsey also held various roles at Reyes Holdings, including Director of Labor & Employee Relations and Labor & Employee Relations Manager from May 2016 to April 2018 and March 2014 to May 2016, respectively. Lindsey started their career as a Labor & Employee Relations Specialist at Reyes Holdings in April 2012.

Before joining Reyes Holdings, Lindsey worked as an Associate at the Law Offices of Fern Trevino, specializing in labor and employment matters. Lindsey handled cases related to whistleblowing, sexual harassment, discrimination (gender, sex, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, race, national origin, age, disability, and religious discrimination), retaliation, and wrongful termination.

During their educational journey, Lindsey also gained work experience as a Law Clerk and Associate at Larsen Law Firm and Capron & Avgerinos, respectively. Lindsey interned at the Office of the United States Attorney and worked as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Cook County Public Defender.

Lindsey's career started as a Legal Assistant and Student Clerk at Van Dyke & Werden in 2007.

Lindsey Dadourian completed their education in the following order:

- From 2003 to 2007, they attended Grinnell College, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and French.

- Following this, they enrolled at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2007 to 2010.

- Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Trial Advocacy from Loyola University Chicago School of Law during the academic year of 2010-2011.
