Johnny Cheng

Johnny Cheng has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing and CRM fields. Johnny is currently working as a CRM Manager at Cresset Software and Discovery since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HKT as an Assistant Marketing Manager from May 2018 to July 2021. Johnny also worked at A.S. Watson Group as a Senior CRM Analyst from September 2015 to April 2018. Before that, they were a Marketing Executive, Database Marketing at SmarTone from April 2014 to September 2015. Johnny started their career as a Business Analyst at Mayway in April 2012 and worked there until March 2014. As a Marketing Executive at Hutchison Telecoms, they gained early marketing experience from September 2010 to February 2012.

Johnny Cheng attended the City University of Hong Kong where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Science.
