Chris Rode has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Chris began their career at ADP as an Area District Manager, where they worked for seven years. In 2006, they transitioned to New Century as an Account Executive before moving on to West Bend Mutual Insurance as an Underwriter/Adjuster in 2007. In 2008, Chris joined Assurance as a Vice President and remained with the company until 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President at Crest Insurance Group.
Chris Rode has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology at Illinois State University. Additionally, they have also studied Criminal Justice and Sociology at Aurora University. However, specific start and end years for both educational institutions are not provided.

On June 1st, 2010, Cody Ritchie assumed the role of President of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the top agency based in Arizona. Crest Insurance has grown to include offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Lake Havasu, Cottonwood, Sedona, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff, San Diego, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Laramie and Rawlins .
