Beth Robertson has a diverse background in management and customer service with a focus on community and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Community Manager at Crest Management Company since August 2022, Beth's experience spans various roles at American Liberty Hospitality from March 2016 to the present, including Guest Services Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Food And Beverage Supervisor. Prior to these positions, Beth worked as a Bartender at Little Woodrows and served as a Bank Teller at Bank of America. Additionally, a brief stint as a Marketing Assistant at Aliana Community Council was completed in October 2013. Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston, where studies were undertaken from 2013 to 2015.

Crest Management Company was founded in 1993 with 5 associations. We still manage 4 of those 5 today. Through 25 years of controlled, methodical growth, and a focus on client retention, we currently manage over 170 community associations. Crest is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities. Crest is 1 of only 10 management companies in the Houston area to have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation through CAI.
