Nadia Belman

Nadia Belman, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nadia is currently the Director of Human Resources & Employee Development at Crest Management Company, AAMC. In this position, Nadia is responsible for managing human resources and employee development initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Nadia worked at Alief Independent School District from September 2016 to January 2023. Nadia held the position of Instructional Specialist, where they provided content development, coaching, and instructional leadership for educators. Nadia also managed teams, implemented curriculum and interventions to increase client success, and worked directly with individuals on improvement plans. Nadia also worked as an Educator during the same period, where they developed and implemented procedures, created progress reports, and analyzed data.

Before their time at Alief Independent School District, Nadia worked at Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. as part of the Human Resources team. From October 2015 to April 2016, they led new hire orientations, provided a high level of customer service during the onboarding process, and processed payroll.

Nadia's earlier experience includes working at C-Automation, Inc. from January 2012 to August 2015. Nadia held various roles during their tenure, including Human Resources Representative, Accounts Receivables - Accounts Payable, and Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In these roles, they project-managed the implementation of a new payroll system, supported HR operations, collected and prepared data and metrics, maintained billing systems, and assisted with payroll and travel coordination.

Nadia Belman, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Houston, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several additional certifications. Nadia obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2023. Nadia also completed a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in November 2022, and a certification in Visio 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC) from LinkedIn in May 2022.
