Alex Vicary

Alex Vicary has a strong background in project management within the residential development sector. Starting in 2005, they began their career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Allen Dadswell Construction Consultants, where they gained experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, and project management. Alex later advanced to the role of Chartered Quantity Surveyor, overseeing projects with values ranging from £1m to £87m.

In 2014, Alex joined CREST STRATEGIC PROJECTS LIMITED as a Senior Project Manager and eventually became an Associate Director - Technical. Alex'sresponsibilities included managing project teams, overseeing the technical design and construction of strategic infrastructure, and managing the delivery of non-residential uses.

In 2021, Alex joined Crest Nicholson Partnerships and Strategic Land as a Technical Director. Alex managed major residential-led mixed-use developments, overseeing project managers responsible for technical design, cost management, procurement, and construction. Alex also managed the delivery of non-residential uses such as schools and community centers.

Currently, Alex is working as a Technical Director at Crest Nicholson plc, where they continue to oversee project managers and provide technical direction for the company.
