Ashton Tame

Ashton Tame has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Head of HR Operations at Crest Nicholson plc since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Linden Homes from November 2016 to March 2020. Ashton also has experience at Taylor Wimpey plc, where they held multiple roles including Regional HR Advisor from September 2013 to November 2016, and Graduate Management Trainee from September 2011 to August 2013. They also worked as a Student Mentor at the University of Birmingham from September 2010 to June 2011, and as a Foreign Language Assistant at the British Council from August 2009 to May 2010. Ashton's work experience spans various industries and roles within the HR field.

Ashton Tame completed their BA in German Studies and Geography with Honours at the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2011, earning a 2:1 degree. Prior to university, Ashton attended Hayes School for their GCSEs, where they studied core subjects along with German, Geography, French, and Art. After completing their GCSEs, they attended Langley Park Boys School for their A-Levels, focusing on German, Geography, and French. Additionally, Ashton has obtained a certification in CIPD Level 5 HR Management from the institution CIPD, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
