Gavin Devenish (FCCA)

Gavin Devenish (FCCA) has a diverse work experience in the finance sector. Gavin began their career at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc in 2000, where they worked as a Group Management Accountant for nearly a decade. Devenish then joined Crest Nicholson plc in 2010 and held various roles in the company's finance division. Gavin started as the Financial Controller for the Strategic Projects Division and later became the Financial Controller for the South Division. In 2016, they were promoted to Finance Executive for the South Division and in 2018, they became the Finance Director for the Head Office/Eastern Division. Most recently, Devenish has been serving as the Commercial Finance Director at Crest Nicholson plc since November 2019.

Gavin Devenish (FCCA) obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
