James Pennington

James Pennington has extensive experience in the field of development and investment in the housing industry. James is currently working as the Group Development & Investment Director at Crest Nicholson plc since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at different organizations including Wandle, Abri Group, Thames Valley Housing Association, Barratt Developments plc, Crest Nicholson Regeneration, Sentinel Housing Association, King Sturge, and Berkeley Homes Hampshire Ltd. James'sroles ranged from senior land manager to director of development, and their responsibilities involved asset and investment committee chairing, land acquisition and planning, and development management.

James Pennington attended the University of Roehampton from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies. Prior to that, they studied at King Edward VI School in Southampton, although the specific years and degree they pursued are unknown.
