Nicholas Daruwalla has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specifically in land acquisition, planning, and affordable housing. Nicholas started their career at Saxon Capital Investment LLC as an intern, where they analyzed trading performances and developed algorithmic trading strategies. Nicholas then worked as a fundraiser at Champions Life Academy, gaining valuable sales skills. Nicholas interned at Berkeley Group Plc as a Land and Planning Intern before joining Crest Nicholson plc. At Crest Nicholson, they held various roles including Land & Planning Graduate, Assistant Development Manager, Development Manager, Land Executive, Head of Land, and most recently, Land Director for the Chiltern and South divisions. In these roles, they were responsible for land acquisition, planning, and sales within the divisions. Nicholas also has experience outside of the real estate industry, having served as a Senior Analyst for University of York Investment and Finance Society.
Nicholas Daruwalla attended Harrow School from 2005 to 2010 but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Nicholas then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of York, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Planning, Design, and Development from UCL, studying there from 2013 to 2014.
