Ryan Lee FCA is currently the Operational Framework Director of Crest Nicholson plc, where Ryan is responsible for implementing a new Operational Framework and Key Internal Controls Framework. With previous experience as the Group Head of Internal Audit at John Laing and Internal Audit Manager at Tesco Stores Ltd, Ryan has a strong background in overseeing audit strategies, leading audit teams, and ensuring high-quality service. Their career also includes roles at the BBC, Woolworths Supermarkets, and Deloitte, where Ryan built a reputation as an IFRS expert. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAEW.
