Steve Oliver

Steve Oliver has over 18 years of work experience in the construction industry. Steve is currently working as the Head Of Commercial at Crest Nicholson plc since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Commercial Manager at Bellway Homes from September 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Bellway Homes from March 2018 to September 2020. Steve also worked as a Senior Contracts Surveyor at Mears New Homes from December 2015 to February 2018, and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Linden Homes from March 2014 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey North Thames from August 2011 to March 2014, as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Willmott Dixon Construction Hitchin from August 2009 to August 2011, and as a Management Trainee at Willmott Dixon Construction from August 2004 to August 2009.

Steve Oliver attended the University of Westminister from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction and Surveying.
