Steve Snowdon

Steve Snowdon has a strong background in finance and leadership roles within the real estate and construction industry. Steve is currently working as the Divisional Finance Director at Crest Nicholson plc, overseeing the delivery of over 500 units per annum and managing earnings of over £40 million. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance at Berkeley Group Plc, responsible for the Southern Region. Steve also served as the Divisional Finance Director at Bellway Homes, where they managed the Thames Gateway and London Partnership Divisions. Steve'sexperience also includes roles at Wates Group, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, First Active, PwC, Binder Hamlyn, and Saffery Champness. Overall, Steve Snowdon has a wealth of experience in finance and leadership roles within the real estate and construction industry.
