Joel McDonnell

Joel McDonnell's work experience begins in 1986 when they worked as a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Joel then joined Epicor in 1993 as a Regional Consulting Director. McDonnell then worked at Concur Technologies as the Director of Consulting Services from 1998 to 2004. Following this, they became a Partner at Visions Business Solutions (ERP Visions) in 2004. Their most recent position has been as the Director of Services at Crestwood Associates LLC, where they have been working since 2015. In this role, McDonnell is responsible for project delivery objectives, process improvement, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives for the entire Professional Services Organization. Their specialties include business process design and various business applications such as Greentree, Acumatica ERP, QlikView, Assistance PSA, and Crestwood applications ettach and Budget Manager.
