Adam Walton

VP, Business Development at Cresta

Adam Walton is the Vice President of Business Development at Cresta. Adam has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, including founding and serving as CEO of Aspari Ltd trading as GoPerform.com and CallMiner.

Adam founded GoPerform in 2001 as a performance management company with an early SaaS business model. The company grew quickly, and in 2006 Adam was named the Benelux Regional Director at Ingres Europe. Adam left that position in 2007 to join CallMiner as Chief Operating Officer.

At CallMiner, Adam built and led the teams that drove value, expansion, and retention for CallMiner's customers, resulting in growth in ARR from $5M to $60M. Adam was responsible for Customer Success, Operations, Software Engineering, and Professional Services. Adam led the transformation of CallMiner to a customer-centric, cloud-first, and value-focused company.

Under Adam's leadership, CallMiner became a leader in enterprise Conversation Analytics, with a sector-leading massively scalable, highly available cloud platform. The company was recognized in the Forrester New Wave for AI-Fueled Speech Analytics.

After more than a decade with CallMiner, Adam decided to seek a new challenge and joined Cresta as Vice President of Business Development.

Adam Walton completed a BSc Joint Honours in Economics and Accounting at the University of Bristol.
