Kea Molnar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kea began their career as an intern at Rice, Heard & Bigelow, Inc. in 2004. Kea then worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Private Wealth Management, where they managed high net-worth client relationships and developed investment recommendations. In 2010, they worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Johnson & Johnson in Consumer Healthcare. Kea later joined Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Brand Manager, where they led various marketing activities. In 2013, they moved to Unilever as a Brand Development Manager. Kea then joined Google as a Senior Partner Lead and worked there until 2018. After that, they worked as a Brand Strategist at New Thought Digital Agency until 2019. Since 2020, Kea has been focused on client strategy roles, first at Crestbridge Fiduciary and then at Willow Street. Currently, they are a member of the YPO Jackson Hole Chapter.
Kea Molnar holds a Certificate in International Trust Management (with Distinction) from STEP Canada | The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada) in 2021. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from The Wharton School in 2011. Kea's undergraduate education includes a BA in International Politics & Economics; French from Middlebury College in 2004. Additionally, they briefly studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2003. Kea's secondary education was completed at Groton School from 1997 to 2000.
