Sarah Dudley's work experience begins in 2011 with their role as an Associate in Senior Bank Loan Servicing at State Street. In 2012, they join Barings as an Analyst in the Business Management Group and later becomes an Associate Director in Global Sales Management. In 2016, they are promoted to Head of Global Sales Management, where they take on responsibilities such as team development, Salesforce CRM management, and coordination of global sales meetings. In 2019, they transition to the role of Head of Digital Product Development at Barings, and in 2020, they become the Head of Digital Product Innovation. Currently, as of 2022, Sarah holds the position of Managing Director and Head of Client Experience Strategy Enablement at Barings, where they lead initiatives to improve the overall client experience through research, strategy, and design. Additionally, they have a future role as the Policy, Advocacy & Ecosystem Development Co-Chair at the Center for Digital Equity at Queens University of Charlotte starting in 2023.
