Dean Hodcroft

Dean joined Crestbridge in July 2021 and leads the Crestbridge Group as Chief Executive Officer. He has responsibility for providing strategic leadership of the business and ensuring delivery of exceptional quality services to Crestbridge clients.

Widely respected as one of the best-known names in European real estate consulting, Dean spent the last six years as a founding partner at leading real estate investment and finance firm, Cale Street Partners LLP.

Before this, he spent 26 years with Ernst & Young in London, making partner in 2001, and went on to lead their UK Real Estate Tax group. He subsequently led EY’s Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction practice for EMEIA, where he advised the firms major clients including real estate funds, investors, developers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Dean is a Law graduate and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
