Erin Moffat

Erin Moffat is the Director, Head of Real Estate Services, Jersey at Crestbridge. Erin has over 10 years experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate. Erin began their career as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team at Morrison Kent. Erin then spent 5 years as In-House Counsel at TMF Group, where they advised on corporate and trust matters, risk management and dispute resolution. In 2013, they joined Crestbridge as a Manager in their Real Estate team. Erin was promoted to Senior Manager in 2015 and has been in their current role since 2016.

Erin Moffat has a LLB from the University of Otago, a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Otago, an Islamic Finance Certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and an Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes from STEP. Erin also has a Diploma in International Trust Management with a Field of Distinction from STEP.

They are on a team with Brian Jemwa - Director, Real Estate Services, Sylvie Pierre - Director, Real Estate Services, and Christopher Corfield - Director, Real Estate Services. Erin Moffat reports to Simon Todd, Group Head, Real Estate Services.
