Dr. Joey Ruiz

Dr. Joey Ruiz, SHRM-SCP, serves as the CEO of LeadRite, a leadership development and executive coaching company, since 2020. In 2023, Dr. Ruiz became the Houston Area Representative for Crestcom International, focusing on leadership development franchise opportunities in Greater Houston. Previously, Dr. Ruiz held the role of Chairman at Insight HR Consulting and served as CEO & Managing Principal at LEAPROS™ Workforce Solutions from 2014 to 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Connections Academy and as a member of the Advisory Council at Saddleback College. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Organizational Change Management & Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from Hope International University, and a Professional & Executive Coaching Graduate School Certificate from The University of Texas at Dallas.
