Renata Tulsie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational strategy. As the President and Chief Mindshaper® at Crestcom International, LLC since 2012, Renata focuses on transforming managers into exceptional leaders through expert guidance and keynote speaking. Previous roles include serving as a Lecturer at The University of the West Indies, where Renata taught courses in Business Strategy, Marketing Management, and Workplace Protocol, and as an Outcome Strategist at Reach Results, providing organizations with strategic solutions. Renata has also served as the Head of Learning & Culture at Caribbean Money Market Brokers and as a consultant in Talent Acquisition and Development at The Massy Group. Renata holds an MBA in Strategy, Talent Development & Marketing from Concordia University and a BA in Social Sciences & Management from The University of the West Indies.
