Nicole Ross has worked in various roles in the digital marketing and merchandising fields since 2016. Nicole began their career as a Market Research Intern at Nichols College in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing and Sales Analyst Intern at AVANGRID, Inc. (formerly Iberdrola USA) and then as a Merchandising Specialist and Marketing and Merchandising Support Specialist at Crestline Promotional Products. In 2020, they joined Peapod Digital Labs as a Senior Assortment Analyst and also returned to Crestline Promotional Products as a Digital Advertising Strategist and Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Nicole Ross graduated from Nichols College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing. Nicole has since obtained a Master Advertising Specialist (MAS) certification from the Promotional Products Association International in July 2021, and Google Ads Search and Shopping certifications from Google in August 2022.
