Favour Olowu Ikpe

Favour Olowu Ikpe is a skilled Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies. Currently positioned at Crestmonds since July 2021, Favour has effectively led Scrum processes, facilitated various ceremonies, and significantly improved business efficiency by resolving impediments and promoting a collaborative team environment. Previous roles include Scrum Master and Project Coordinator at MTS Digitals, where Favour successfully increased team velocity and removed workflow barriers, and at NHS, where Favour implemented Kanban principles to enhance team throughput and productivity. Favour is currently furthering education at the University of Bedfordshire.
