Joel M.

Joel M. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joel began their career as a Senior Account Representative at Danka Office Imaging in 2000 and then moved on to Clear Channel Radio as a Senior Account Representative in 2001. Joel joined Coit Services in 2002 as a Commercial Accounts Manager, where they successfully managed and exceeded sales goals. Joel then transitioned to Polymer Global Holdings as the Director of Logistics and Product Design, overseeing operations and logistics for international clients. In 2007, they joined Sutter Health as a Nurse Extern and later became a Charge Nurse at Memorial Medical Center. Joel continued to work in the healthcare industry, serving as a Charge Nurse at Natividad Medical Center and later as an Emergency Services Manager at Dameron Hospital Association. In 2016, Joel took on the role of Manager Emergency Services at Sutter Health's Solano Medical Center. Most recently, they served as the Administrator and Director of Operations at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc.

Joel M. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Psychology and Business from Calvin University in the years 1996 to 2000. After a gap of several years, they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Modesto Junior College between 2006 and 2008. Joel'seducational journey continued in 2016 when they enrolled in California State University, Stanislaus to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), which they completed in 2018. Throughout their education, Joel also obtained additional certifications, including a Membership in "Beta Gamma Sigma" in January 2018 and a certification in "Statistics with Excel Part One" from Lynda.com in October 2016.
