Manasi Pandya

Manasi Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Manasi worked at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP from 2016 to the present, starting as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources and Employee Development, then progressing to Director, Senior Director, and finally, Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion.

Before Crestwood, Manasi worked as an Independent HR Consultant from 2015 to 2016, and at Precision Drilling from 2011 to 2015, where they held various roles including HR Generalist, HR Manager, and HR Manager, Corporate - North America.

Manasi also worked briefly at Rangeland Energy as an Office Manager in 2011, and at Schlumberger from 2003 to 2009, where they held roles as HR Generalist, HR Generalist - Employee Services, and Marketing Communications Coordinator.
