Donald LaRocco has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Donald began their career in the US Navy in 1987 and served on active duty until 1999. Donald then transitioned to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where they held various positions, including CASS Ancillary DIPTL from 1999 to 2004. After a brief stint with the US Navy as a Maintenance Control Flight Deck Coordinator, LaRocco returned to NAVAIR and held several roles, such as Training Courseware Manager and IPTL Level 2, from 2007 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Noble as the Vice President, Aerospace, before moving on to CTG - Crestwood Technology Group as the Executive Vice President of Government Programs in 2023.

Donald LaRocco has a Master of Arts degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Webster University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2008. In 2000 to 2001, LaRocco received their Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
