Alyssa Robinson, RHIA, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Alyssa most recently served as the Director of Health Information Management at Crestwyn Behavioral Health, where they were responsible for maintaining department productivity and efficiency, ensuring data integrity and privacy, implementing processes for accurate medical record documentation, and managing staff. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior CCI Coder at Optum, an Analyst for Revenue Integrity at Baptist Memorial Health Care, a Patient/Physician Referral Specialist at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, a Registration/Par/Linen Technician at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, and an Assistant Manager at Omni Visions. Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated expertise in medical record management, data analysis, documentation compliance, and coding.

Alyssa Robinson, RHIA, has a diverse education history. Alyssa completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Memphis in 2009. In 2011, they attended Southwest Tennessee Community College, studying Biology/Biological Sciences without obtaining a degree. Alyssa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from The College of St. Scholastica, graduating in 2017. In 2021, Alyssa obtained a Certification in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from ChooseU.

Additionally, Alyssa has obtained several certifications in the field of IT. Alyssa earned the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification from AHIMA in 2017.
