Manos Christofakis

Manos Christofakis possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and sustainability within the food industry. Currently serving as both Sustainability and Environmental Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Creta Farms Foods SA since March 2018, Manos also holds the position of Auditor at Swiss Approval International Inspection and Certification Body since February 2018. Previously, Manos worked as Quality Assurance Manager at Food Allergens Lab from 2007 to December 2017. Academic credentials include a Master in Science in Food Biotechnology from Ulster University (2005-2006) and a Bachelor in Chemistry from the University of Crete (2001-2005).
