Fraser Hamilton

Director of Property Condition Assessments at CREtelligent

Fraser Hamilton has a long and varied work experience. Fraser began their career in 1992 as a Senior Geologist at Dames & Moore, where they managed a variety of projects ranging from $1m+ remedial construction to $1000 environmental assessments. Fraser then joined the Cleveland Engineering Society in 1995 as part of the Environmental Division. In 2000, they became the Branch Manager at Gobbell Hays Partners and also started their own business, EARTH Consulting, Ltd., where they served as Owner and Chief Geologist for nearly 25 years. In 2010, they took on two roles, President and Tournament Director at Euclid Youth Soccer Organization and a member of the Memorial Park committee at the City of Euclid. Fraser also served as a Board Member at Menlo Park Academy from 2014 to 2019, where they were involved in the historic renovation of an 80,000 sf warehouse. In 2019, they joined NexusCRE, now known as CREsurveys, as an Environmental Manager. Most recently, they were appointed Director of Property Condition Assessments at CREtelligent in 2022.

Fraser Hamilton began their educational journey in 1975 at Maranacook Community School, where they graduated with a Diploma in General Studies in 1981. Fraser then attended the University of Maine at Farmington, graduating with a BA in Geology in 1985. That same year, they attended Temple University and obtained an MA in Geology/Physical Stratigraphy. Fraser also studied for a year at the University of Dundee in 1985-1986. Lastly, Fraser Hamilton attended Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1990, but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their educational background, Fraser Hamilton holds certifications as an Asbestos Inspector from the State of West Virginia (2013), a Professional Geologist from the Commonwealth of Kentucky (1998), an Asbestos Hazard Eval Specialist from the Ohio Department of Health (2010), and an Asbesto Inspector from the Pennsylvania L&I (2011).
