Mike Belt

Mike Belt's work experience includes various roles and positions in different organizations. Mike currently works at Crew Training International as the Head Recruiter, SkillBridge Coordinator, and BD (Business Development) assistant. In this role, they manage recruiting efforts for a DoD contractor and coordinates SkillBridge placements.

Prior to this, Mike worked at SkillMil Inc. as a Veteran Affairs and Account Manager. Mike guided a veteran-owned startup in matters related to Veterans Affairs and was part of the executive team involved in developing new business, marketing, and IT upgrades.

Mike also gained experience as a DoD SkillBridge Installation Manager Intern at LeafFilter Gutter Protection and as a Senior Enlisted Leader at the US Navy Manpower Analysis Center. In their role at the Navy Manpower Analysis Center, they provided senior enlisted advisory support to the Commander and led a team of military and civilian members.

Mike'sprevious roles also include positions at Navy Personnel Command, HSC-2, Navy Recruiting Command, CPRW57, Navy Personnel Command, and HSC 25. In these positions, Mike held various leadership and coordination roles, managing teams, overseeing operations, and spearheading projects in different areas such as recruitment, training, operations planning, and distribution management.

Mike Belt has a diverse education history. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas. In 2015 to 2016, Mike studied Project Management Professional at Syracuse University. Additionally, Mike obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they received the LSSGB certification from the United States Department of Defense. In 2016, Mike obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in December 2019, they earned the Certified Postsecondary Instructor certification from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
