Dan Mearns

Dan Mearns has extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at Crews Banking Corporation since December 2007, where responsibilities include writing and distributing news releases that contributed to the bank being recognized as the "best bank" in Charlotte Sun Readers’ Choice awards for four consecutive years. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions including Marketing Assistant at Crews Banking Corporation, Business Communications Coordinator at WilsonMiller Inc., and Editor at Sun Newspapers, with a career beginning in 1971 in horse racing publications. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Kentucky, with a focus on English and a minor in U.S. History.
