Kapilan Sri

Kapilan Sri currently serves as the Team Lead of Neurology at Creyos, where leadership of a team of seven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) is complemented by driving sales enablement initiatives. Previous roles at Creyos include Senior Business Development Representative and Business Development Representative, showcasing a consistent record of exceeding sales targets. In addition to experience in business development, Kapilan operates as a Realtor at Remax Community Realty, assisting clients in navigating the real estate market and creating effective marketing strategies. A self-employed Private Tutor since 2014, Kapilan has facilitated academic success for numerous students in various subjects. Prior roles also include a Business Development Representative at Sampler and a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, where research skills were honed. Kapilan obtained an Honours Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto Scarborough and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma as an Ontario Scholar from Woburn Collegiate Institute.
