Doug Jones has worked in various roles throughout their career. Starting in 2010, they interned at MedAssets for a few months. In 2011, they interned at Emory Healthcare as part of The Emory Clinic Internship Program. In 2012, they worked as a Professional Hockey Player for the Gwinnett Gladiators. From 2013 to 2022, they had multiple roles at Protiviti, including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Process Consultant. During the same period, they also had a temporary role as a Consulting Analyst at Mercer. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at CRH Anesthesia.
Doug Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a focus in International Finance and Public Economics from Dartmouth College, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. Doug then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree at Georgia State University from 2016 to 2019. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, completing it in 2018. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
