Graeme Boylen

Graeme Boylen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for West Europe at CRH since December 2021, Boylen previously held roles such as HR Director for the U.K. and Ireland at CRH, and HR Director at Tarmac from 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading talent, leadership, and culture initiatives for 8,000 colleagues. Before these roles, Boylen contributed to various organizational development projects at Capita in 2015 and led a major transformational change initiative at Anglo American in 2014. Earlier, Boylen served as Group HR Director and a member of the main board at Tarmac, overseeing a substantial HR team and functions across the organization. With foundational experience starting in human resources roles at Gateshead MBC, Boylen holds a CIPD degree from the University of Sunderland.
