Kirsten Alvares

Kirsten Alvares is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Northwest Region at CRH since March 2023. With a strong background in HR leadership, Kirsten has held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources Operations at Fluidra North America, Vice President of Human Resources at both S.R. Smith and Gerber, and Human Resources Director at Vigor, LLC. Throughout these positions, Kirsten has effectively managed HR operations, employee relations, talent management, training, and compensation and benefits for organizations ranging from 300 to 1,300 employees across multiple locations. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Portland State University.
