Kristyn Grow

Kristyn Grow is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Vice President of Environment Health Safety at CRH since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristyn accumulated extensive experience at Cintas from September 2009 to February 2022, holding positions such as First Aid and Safety Professional for the Central Virginia Market, Senior Corporate Health and Safety Manager, and Senior Regional Safety & Health Coordinator. Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from The University of Findlay, obtained between 1993 and 1997. Kristyn is also certified as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and Safety and Health Specialist (SGE).
