Sushanta Kumar Swain has extensive experience in the field of Health & Safety, starting as an Operations Engineer at Groz Engineering Tools (P) Ltd. in 2005. Sushanta Kumar later held roles such as Process Engineer at Asahi India Glass Limited, Deputy Manager Mechanical at Lafarge, and Deputy Manager - Industrial Engineering at PHOENIX CONVEYOR BELT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Swain also served as Mechanical Manager and Senior Manager - Safety at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. before becoming Head of Health & Safety at ACC Limited and then returning to Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. as Sr. Manager - Safety and later as Head - Health & Safety.
