Panu Rainio

Panu Rainio is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as the Director Legal and Compliance - General Counsel for CRH since August 2017, Panu also held the position of Board Member for the Finnish Biathlon Association from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Outokumpu, Group Legal Counsel at Wärtsilä Corporation, and Group Legal Counsel at Pöyry. Panu began the legal career as Associate Counsel at Procopé & Hornborg. Panu holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Lapland and has pursued further education at Christian Albrechts Universität zu Kiel.
