Strahinja Ilic

Strahinja Ilic is currently a Global Talent Analyst at CRH, contributing to the administration of global Talent Management processes since October 2022, after previously serving as a Recruitment Coordinator where responsibilities included managing the hiring process for entry-level corporate roles. Strahinja's experience includes an internship in Capability Development at CRH, focusing on competency learning journeys and project management. Additionally, Strahinja was a Consultant Team Lead at 180 Degrees Consulting, addressing sustainability challenges for a start-up. Earlier career experience includes a Human Resources Assistant role at Brenntag Group. Strahinja holds a Master of Science in Consultancy and Organisational Development from the University of Amsterdam and is pursuing a degree in REBT, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
