At CRH, Tim serves as the President of The Shelly Company, overseeing operations across Ohio. Tim also held roles at Sensata Technologies and Eaton, where Tim managed business units, sales teams, and strategic initiatives. Tim's background includes military service with the US Army, where Tim led economic development projects in Baghdad. Tim holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
