Dani is a transformational HR professional who enjoys working with small to mid-sized businesses in the start-up and growth phases. She has significant experience in operations, strategic planning, human resources, diversity and inclusion, training and consulting, with a passion for revamping culture and optimizing organizational performance.
Dani has held leadership and training roles for the past 22 years in the human resources space with 13 years in executive roles. She has been a Strategic Business Partner and Executive Coach for a wide variety of business units: from start- ups and not-for-profit organizations to medical practices and law firms and brings all of her knowledge and experience to each corporate team she works with.
After working in the for-profit education space for several years, Dani took her expertise in change management and operational guidance to the small business community. Partnering alongside small business owners and entrepreneurs across the East Coast, Dani has assisted in the successful development of 6 start-ups and 5 business turnarounds. Dani has helped several small businesses grow, giving them access to the information they need to leverage themselves within the communities they serve.
Dani continues to positively impact the community as the Managing Director of Talent and Organizational Culture for the KIPP Capital Region Public Schools and as a Board member of the CRHRA, overseeing the DEI Committee.
