Jeff Koertzen

Jeff Koertzen is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and consultation. Currently serving as IT Manager at CRI San Francisco since May 2017 and as a Technical Consultant for Digital Smarts since September 2015, Jeff has a proven track record of standardizing data reporting and implementing business intelligence solutions. Previous roles include Business Systems Information Manager at Donor Network West and Operations Program Manager at Microsoft, where significant accomplishments included the development of training management systems and extensive training programs for Microsoft employees. Jeff's educational background includes a Master's in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Washington, along with additional studies at Northwestern University.
